Development blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
